Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer global shipping on all our products. Postage rates will vary. All orders to be delivered in the United Kingdom will be posted to you free of charge.

For other areas of the globe, postage will be calculated at checkout.

Free International and EU postage with minimum spend

If you are in one of the following countries and spend over £80 on our site, shipping will be free of charge: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch your order the same day that we receive it.

Lost packages

If you suspect your package has been lost prior to delivery, please email enquiries@distincttimepieces.com and our team will act quickly to resolve the issue. 

Customs and import duties

The buyer is to cover any customs or import duty costs incurred if purchasing from outside of the UK. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email enquiries@distincttimepieces.com. If we have not posted your package, we will issue you a full refund. If we have already posted your item, please also email us to organise a return.
