Refund policy

Returns

Distinct Timepieces operates a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please email enquiries@distincttimepieces.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. You must request a return before sending the item(s) back to us otherwise the return will not be accepted.

The customer must cover the cost to send the item back to us to our address in London, United Kingdom. We do not provide postage labels for returns.

Damaged goods

When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions | non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your item(s) is to place a separate order for the new item(s) you want after we have approved the return of your item(s). We will void any restocking fees if you are making an exchange, upon inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you are yet to receive your refund more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@distincttimepieces.com
