3. Can I trust the Distinct Timepieces store?

Yes - all products are held in stock at our UK warehouse and are ready for prompt dispatch. Our store operates on a secure, PCI-compliant platform, ensuring your personal and payment details are always fully protected. 

4. How do I care for my Distinct Timepieces products?

To maintain the quality of your product, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. 

5. Are the watches shown in the product images included in the sale of your products?

No - watches shown in our product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not included with your purchase. 

6. How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at enquiries@distincttimepieces.com with your order details. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue promptly and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction. 

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes - the quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for your preferred product and return the original item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. 

10. What are the shipping rates?

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.  UK orders qualify for complimentary delivery. International orders over £100 are free shipping to certain countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location

11. How long does it take to dispatch an order?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are received. In rare cases, dispatch may take slightly longer during busy periods, but every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. 

12. What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at enquiries@distincttimepieces.com. Our team will investigate promptly and ensure your order is resolved without delay. 

13. Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

If you are ordering from outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location. Where possible, we cover these fees for our customers (including all US orders). In some cases, prepayment of duties may not be available depending on the destination, and any applicable charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

14. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at enquiries@distincttimepieces.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue you a full refund. If your item has already been shipped, we will assist you with arranging a return. 

15. Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, sale items, and gift cards. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
